As founder and CEO of AmeriPark, Chip Patterson spent 20 years focused on building and growing a business. After selling a portion of his company, Chip established a donor-advised fund at The Community Foundation in 2008 as a way to connect more to the community and engage his children in philanthropy. A year later, one memorable experience would spark an idea to give in a unique, new way.
