  Congress Renews IRA Charitable Rollover Incentive

  In October 2008 Congress and the president agreed to extend the IRA charitable rollover for all of 2008 and 2009. Individuals 70 ½ or older can roll over up to $100,000 each year from their IRAs to eligible public charities.
