Elizabeth L. Mathieu, Esq. is president and chief executive officer of Neuberger Berman Trust Company. She is an attorney licensed in three states and an economist. Mathieu has spoken to the American Bar Association on the topic of "Structuring A Trust With Possible Multi-State Contacts," and worked with an ABA committee and the Delaware Bankers Association to supplement the Delaware Qualified Dispositions in Trust Act. Mathieu speaks to donors and charities across the country on issues of charitable gift planning, estate planning, investment and financial planning, asset allocation, and issues to consider in choosing and evaluating advisors. She appeared on Inside Money on PBS in 1996 and on the CBS syndicated Wall Street Journal Report in 1998. Before joining Neuberger Berman, she was a vice president at Chase Manhattan Bank where she was responsible for philanthropic advisory services and its Delaware Trust Division. She holds the CTFA and AEP designations.
