Scott C. Fithian passed away on September 4, 2006 following a battle with cancer. Scott will be remembered as a nationally recognized pioneer in the tools and methodology of values-based estate planning. He demonstrated the principles of social capital and values-based planning through seminars, keynote addresses, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
