Alan L. Kennard is a partner in the St. Louis office of the law firm of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.

Mr. Kennard is a member of the Tax Shelter Task Force, and co-chair of the Current Developments Subcommittee of the Financial Transaction Subcommittee of the ABA Tax Section; a member of the editorial advisory board of Corporate Business Taxation Monthly; and a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Additionally, Mr. Kennard is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Illinois Bar, and the New York Bar.

Finally, Mr. Kennard is a certified public accountant; certified management accountant; certified internal auditor; certified fraud examiner; and is certified in financial management.
