This is a reminder to set your calendar to join over 1,300 of your colleagues who will be joining Robert F. Sharpe, Jr. and Marc D. You will learn…

  • Why more wealthy donors are turning to their advisers for advice regarding philanthropic choices and why you need to be prepared
  • The key philanthropic motivators and ones most donors could care less about
  • Why cash is no longer king when funding charitable gifts
  • The top giving strategies and techniques for integrative giving in today’s economy

This webinar is presented free of charge to PGDC members by Trusts & Estates magazine and Food for the Poor, Inc.

CFRE CE points policy

From the CFRE website:

Beginning in 2010, candidates for both Initial Certification and Recertification will have to demonstrate that 50% of reported continuing education activities come from CFRE Approved Continuing Education Providers. CFRE Approved Continuing Education Providers are organisations that have submitted their programmes to CFRE International for review to verify that the programmes meet CFRE International's continuing education standards. Only those CE Providers who have approved programmes with CFRE International may advertise that the programmes are approved for CFRE CE points.

So even if it isn't an approved program, you can still count the points towards certification or recertification as long as you have 50% from approved programs.
