I have a donor who just purchased a farm in Argentina, and would like to some day bequest it to us. What would be our best strategy for this, since we would have to deal with ownership transfer in a foreign country?
One thought was to do a life estate agreement, but not sure if that would work with an international deed.
Any other advice?
