What type of consulting program are you interested in? You can contact me at ahicks@pcc-cpa.com. I have several contacts with planned giving consulting experience that may be able to help you. I am a CFP partner with a CPA firm with offices in Martin and Palm Beach County. I am also past President of Treasure Coast Planned Giving Council and a founding board member of Leave a Legacy of the Treasure Coast. I might have contacts with several professionals that could help you.
Best regards,
April Hicks
Good morning,
I am the retired CEO of the Community Foundation for the Capital Region in the Albany, New York area. In my position, I was instrumental in establishing a successful planned giving program. I can be reached at 561-827-3750 (cellphone). I would be pleased to meet with you to discuss your needs and to certainly send you my resume.
I am Lorri Greif, CFRE, president of a planned giving consulting firm in New York called Breakthrough Philanthropy, Inc. (www.breakthroughphilanthropy.com). I have started many programs from "scratch", or simply re-awakened dormant planned giving campaigns for local nonprofits in New York as well as national nonprofits with offices in Florida and around the country. ALL WE DO IS PLANNED GIVING and UNIQUE MAJOR GIFT CAMPAIGNS. I would be happy to discuss your situation further with you. If we can't help you, I may know someone who can. Please feel free to call me, toll free at 888-8-easypg. I hope to hear from you. Best wishes for good luck.
I work in West Palm Beach for a large nonprfot organization where I am the Executive Director of Planned Giving & Endowments. I have 30 years of experience in the planned giving field and have served as a consultant to a number of organizations that wanted to begin planned giving programs. If there is no conflict with the organization I am working for, I would like to discuss the opportunity. Since I already have "boots on the ground" it might be a very good fit.
I am the national planned giving director for the Simon Wiesenthal Center, and I am based in Boca Raton. I am past president of the Planned Giving Council of Palm Beach County, past president of the AFP Chapters for Palm Beach County and Central Florida, and current president of the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council. I have made frequent presentations for conferences and non-profit boards on this subject, and would be glad to meet with the local charity and its Board of Directors. I have assisted about 30 non-profit organizations in starting their planned giving progams. You're welcome to contact me at 800-262-1627, if I can be of assistance.
Thank you all for emailing and calling me regarding the planned giving consultant search for a small school in West Palm Beach. The response has been wonderful! If you haven't heard from me, don't be alarmed. I am compiling a list to give to my contact in Florida and from there, the organization will be contacting possible candidates. The process is taking longer than anticipated (so what else is new?). Again, I want to thank all of you for your information, numbers, etc.
