Can anyone point me to resources on the requirements for my Foundation to begin issuing gift annuities for the benefit of not only our own nonprofit, but additional charities? We have registered our cga program in most states and one question would be whether that entire process would have to be undertaken again to stipulate such a change. Is there normally a partnership agreement between charities, and if so, would it be the norm to include a guaranteed residuum of 50%?
