2 years ago we set up a 10-year CLAT for about $1.2 million and based on the AFR at the time (5%) the payout was about $152,000 per year. Now that the AFR is down to 2.4%, is it possible to recalculate the payout amount? Is this something per the document or can it not be changed once it starts? Any guidance would be appreciated. Obviously with the hit the account took in the market recently, we would like to lower the payout if possible. Kristen
